A highback Danish lounge chair and matching footstool from the 1970s — the kind of piece that was made to be sat in for hours, not admired from across the room. The dark chocolate-brown leather is well-preserved, still supple, and has developed the kind of depth that only comes with age. The high back gives the chair real presence.
