Arne Vodder studied under Finn Juhl and brought the same exacting sensibility to everything he designed — a commitment to form that actually works as furniture, not just sculpture. These lounge chairs, made for Erik Jørgensen in Denmark in the 1970s, are a fine example: generous in their proportions, with rich brick-red leather seating on a polished chrome frame that keeps them looking sharp from every angle. In exceptional vintage condition, with the patina of age but no tears or damage. A matching pair, available individually.
